Recruitment Suggestion

Seems like it's gonna be a long list of things to do lol.

yeah well thats cos most of the decent people are leaving -.- and basically, we have to restart making the guild a better guild as atm in siege we are seen as noobs.

Other siege guilds see us as noobs because we don't donate for every equip we have and brag about it. Not all of the other siege guilds are like this just a few are.

just ignore it, if anything their the nubs that have to donate in order to become better than other players, to then rule over siege etc.

yes i agree we a re seen as noobes but we all now every one here is working to become eliet ya now

yea thats true, also when i was recruiting i told them they can be any level they like only if their active. cause truly atm we need more actives>high lvl

Yeah atm lvl isn't important active over lvl anyday.

dose any one now what gill is doing about the voting at this moment i know hes doing stuff but i want to now what hes focusing on

You (Axel) and Villain are the two most active supporter, you can recruit.
We have Affs back (hope also back active) as captain rank, and he can recruit.
Than last but not least 3 active in game kingpins

so 5 ppl that can recruit for now.

But when people join they only see like 2 people online and then leave. =/

This week we gonna look to captains
But pls recruit if you can recruit so also you vil and axel

There's no way to just know they are active just invite people and kick the ones that are inactive

look its not easy but you just gotta keep shouting.... ive been doing this for the a few days when i first started recruiting and you can even ask Gil, it was terrible... but then once we got like 3 members shouting, people started to realized "hey, i think silverwings is finally making their come back" or something like that. No one said recruiting is easy lol just takes time

Lol I shout everyday at least 100+x lol

thats why we have forms to recruit all the people i ask if they want to join i tell to make a reqwest on recruitment form
