Recruitment Suggestion

Okay so since we currently have 44 members out of 60 and we all know nearly half of these people are non active... this is how we should approach this. This IS a suggestion so i'm not saying its 100% complete lol

how bout for the people we know are our friends, or on vacation, or still active from time to time we put a dash or line or something on their nickname to indicate that they are still around or on leave atm.... and for the people we dont know or haven't logged on in weeks we leave their nickname blank and delete them after 3 days

this way we have more room for recruiting and also i think we need to make shouts and stalls asking for english speaking, active, friendly members to join

once again this is ONLY a suggestion. what do u guys think??

I dont remember the most players in the guild.

Squeek was active, is a donor. But never came back.
Jeff, I think he left for Insanity
Renagade/Cantkillkitty is the old guildmaster, she stay in the guild, no matter what but she moved to insanity but she asked me to be in the guild maybe she come back
Glaive is Astre, see him at msn, but I guess he quit iFlyff... I will ask

Affs didnt saw him for couple of weeks, don't know why
Freesky, dont know what happened, he was one of the first guildmembers
Eliaden is to insanity and active there I thought
Sinogen is an alt from someone that left the guild
Eona joined insanity also I thought
Hacken was someone from Australia, never saw him online and he is also not active anymore at the forum

The rest are inactive or unknown for me

ok so since you know most of these people we can keep them in there for now. everyone else i guess we can just kick cause their random and apparently they quit? lol this will clear alot of space so thats good, we can then add any alts we have and add a bunch of new people.

what do u think of the idea of nicknames to identify?

Like its good to know who someone is in game and who someone is on forum

Its better that you know that Crezifer is pratek
And that Palamedes is Gilgames
for example

yes exactly, i just meant the people without the nicknames that we already met before haha

I guess ive never met them or they haven't a forum account

We really need to get our members to have a forum account and a requirment of a post a week or so, because of that way we can see whos active and whos not

agreed^ its written in the guild window but i will also tell people that i recruit

well can i say at the present time i don't got a nick name so plz don't forget me i don't want to leve im loving hanging out with u guys and i wish to stay and return the favor

yes i believe using the nick names is a good idea also its easy to check if there active or not with just peeking at the nick name but i think the should be a weeks notice before u make any one leve make sure u make it clear on the forms that if u haven't varifde ur ativtey in the post u be could be let go

i think doing this for some kinda of double cheek would be wise what do u guys think good plan to go with his plan

nickname is what you want to be called, but in brackets ur forum name or main char name.

For in the nick or what do you mean?

Guilds need more kingpins like ^this, ones that make really good suggestions.

You guys have like 7 captains but I've only seen like 1 online.

lol yea i know, the captains are all past Silverwings players that are on vacation or possibly even quit but no way for us to know. were not moving Jem, and Gil's Taurohtar is up to him. everyone else i guess we can re work

Yeah but re working them should have been before choosing new kingpins.

well theres nothing i can do until i talk to Gil. I've been waiting for him to talk to him about some stuff. ill also mention the ranks
