a voting prosses

well now that i think the recruiting suggestions are coming to an end i think wee should work on a guild voting system in guild forms
and i dont mean normal voting i mean like a voting of guild changing matter for kingpins and master like a cheek and balance
i think u can make a new announcement page just for different types of voting situations and ta pending how important it can only include a sergeant rank to vote in each post as so

rookies voting and up : post / full guild voting maters

supporters voting and up : post / miner voting matters

captains voting and up :post / important voting maters

kingpins voting and up : post / guild Changing maters especially

i wont go any further in to detail cus i want all ur opinions

I don't even understand this but voting for guild/forum ranks is a bad idea.

Because voting for ranks has just never been a good idea.

yeah... not everyone knows everyone in guild... i dont know a lot of the rookies and it would all have to go onto based upon written statements and this wouldnt work as people can write anything in a statement and this could be completely contradictory on ingame activity....
